📍 Location: Nguyen Xien, Hanoi 💰 Salary: Up to 65M VND + performance-based incentives

We are looking for a senior Product Owner & Project Manager to join a fast-growing technology company building AI, Data, and financial software products for regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, timeline, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Developers, QA, Designers, and Business/Accounting SMEs.
• Drive sprint planning, UAT, release coordination, product discovery, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar software delivery roles.
• Strong hands-on experience leading software products/projects end-to-end.
• Solid domain knowledge in Accounting/Finance or E-commerce.
• Strong experience with backlog management, user stories, Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, and delivery tracking.
• Experience with ERP, Accounting Software, Finance Automation, E-commerce Platforms, Marketplace, Payment, or Reconciliation systems is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, BI tools, or Postman is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
