Cloudteam is looking for a Business Analyst to work on technology projects for enterprise clients across industries such as Retail, F&B, Distribution, and Finance.

✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Work directly with local and international clients to understand and clarify business needs.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare BRD, FRS, SRS, User Stories, User Guides, and other project documentation.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in the implementation of Shopify, eCommerce, ERP, CRM, eVAT, DMS, and Call Center solutions.
• Gain exposure to AI, automation, data analytics, cloud, and enterprise technology.

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and experience working with Development Teams.
• Experience with CRM / ERP / DMS / SFA is a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale business systems is highly valued.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both Business and Technical teams.
• Exposure to AI-enabled features, automation, or data analytics is a plus.
