🌈 Job Description:
- Analyze business requirements, define business rules, and model complex workflows for banking systems.
- Craft high-quality, clear, and testable BRD/SRS, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, QA, and Stakeholders to ensure smooth product delivery within a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
📌 Job Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Strong domain knowledge or previous experience in Banking/Finance is highly prioritized.
- Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in workflow modeling and business rule analysis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
